Role Overview: Associate Manager/Manager, UPI Business, Payments
In this position, you will have the chance to engage in new business acquisition and product development management, as well as work with UPI payment solution development and deployment. You will be bringing UPI functionalities into the market and will work with teams, including product, engineering, compliance, and business finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for business penetration and roll out UPI payment products.
- Perform detailed market and competitor evaluation and research.
- Develop a thorough understanding of payment systems, APIs, and other related advances.
- Act on behalf of PhonePe for the various stakeholders, such as banks and other regulatory agencies.
- Examine operational and product data for improving success rates.
- Create and oversee operational plans on their own.
