About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator will work directly with recruiters, hiring partners, and the candidates in relation to the recruitment activities of the organization. This role primarily seeks to deliver the desired candidate experience and manage a large number of interviews in different time zones.Â
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination: Manage interviews that span across several time zones by organizing them in an efficient manner and dealing with instances of cancellations and reschedules.Â
Internal Communication: Keep in touch with the updates from all interested parties, including clients and team members, and order special notes from oral coordinators.Â
Scheduling Solutions: Resolve scheduling inadequacies without seeking assistance from other sources and maintain order during the interviews.Â
Tools: Schedule candidates with recruiting systems such as Greenhouse, Modern Loop, and Goodtime.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 0-1 year of recruiting or in a relevant field with a focus on high volume scheduling would be advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, knowledge of typical recruitment tools, and capability to schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
